Grievance Redressal Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026
Quik Rupee is a loan marketplace and referral platform, not a lender. We connect you with lenders registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The service is operated by CYBERTECH LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia, for users in India.

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. This page tells you exactly who to contact, what we will do and how long it will take, and how to escalate if we do not fix it.

1. Grievance Redressal Officer

The Grievance Redressal Officer is appointed under the Information Technology Act 2000 and section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

CYBERTECH LLC is established outside India. That does not narrow your rights. We accept complaints from users in India, we answer them on the timelines set out below, and the external escalation routes in section 6 stay open to you.

2. How to raise a complaint

Email grievance@quikrupee.in, or write to the postal address above, with:

3. What we will do, and by when

StageTimeline
We acknowledge your complaint in writingWithin 3 working days of receipt
We investigate and give you a final written responseWithin 30 days of receipt
If we need longer, we tell you why and give a revised dateBefore day 30

Every complaint is logged with a reference number, and we tell you the outcome and what, if anything, we have changed.

4. Escalation inside Quik Rupee

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Grievance Redressal Officer, you may escalate to [[TODO: name and email of the escalation contact, normally a director or the Nodal Officer]].

5. If your complaint is about a loan or a lender

Quik Rupee does not lend, service or collect loans. If your complaint concerns a loan you have taken, the lender is the regulated entity responsible and you should raise it with that lender's own grievance officer, whose details appear in your loan agreement and Key Fact Statement. We will tell you which lender received your enquiry and help you reach the right contact.

Complaints we can handle ourselves include: how we handled your data, messages you did not consent to, an inaccurate offer shown on our site, conduct by anyone claiming to represent Quik Rupee, and anyone asking you to pay a fee to us.

6. Escalating outside Quik Rupee

7. Fraud warning

Quik Rupee never asks a borrower for money. We do not charge application fees, processing fees, deposits, "insurance", "GST clearance" or "verification amounts". If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Quik Rupee and asks for a payment or for an OTP, do not pay and do not share the OTP. Report it to grievance@quikrupee.in and to 1930.

This document is a pre-launch draft. The operating entity is CYBERTECH LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia; its registration details are published in the Company details section. The named Grievance Redressal Officer, the support contact details and the governing law clause are still outstanding, and the final text will be reviewed by legal counsel in India and in Armenia before this service accepts applications.
